Yoga for Resilience
Yoga for Resilience is a community-oriented series of online yoga and meditation classes that I have developed throughout the Corona virus pandemic. The aim of these classes is to provide a welcoming, lively online format (two-way livestream) for practicing yoga, meditation and socially distant connection through the darkest months of winter and the harshest period of lockdown. Sign up for individual classes on a "Pay-As-You-Can" basis, or pitch in to support this community with a monthly membership! Meet me and our growing virtual community as often as you like until we get through this.
All classes are designed according to the theme of resilience to develop mental steadiness and clarity together with physical ease in the body. You can expect all classes to include breathwork, intelligent, simple yoga sequencing, meditation and release technique. By popular request, I am now offering a range of classes suitable to all from beginners to advanced practitioners.
There are two ways to join our online community. You are more than welcome to "drop-in" virtually to any class listed below. For drop-ins, I ask that you "pay-as-you-can" (Americans, this means sliding scale) for each class, with a suggested donation of 80 DKK (13 USD). I am committed to offering classes to anyone with the will to participate, regardless of ability to pay. Please write to me with any questions about payment. If you come to more than one class, I encourage you to sign up for a virtual membership! This option will help you to keep coming back your mat while supporting the sustained activities of this platform.
