Train your mind to accept and let go of habitual thought patterns, cultivating your sanctuary within. This session is designed to expose students to a wide range of techniques and philosophy, drawing on Buddhist, Tantric, and mindfulness traditions. We will practice techniques including visualization, body scanning, noting, mantra, breath awareness and yoga nidra. Meditation is free of charge and open to everyone who would like to join.
