Restorative is a deeply grounding and introspective practice that integrates yin yoga, mobility training and breathwork. We will mobilize all major joints through long holds and dynamic release, anchored in yogic breathing techniques. This practice will leave you centered and glowing. We use a variety of yoga props for this class including bolsters, blankets, yoga blocks and straps, so gather whatever you have at home! Folded blankets, regular pillows and scarves work well as DIY alternatives to yoga props. All levels.
